Rain

The melancholy of rain falling on me.

永远都会记得。。。这句。

That line...
Another moment of death inside. Skyfall... Hear my heart burst again...

I can't promise, I hate promises... they are fake pacifiers.

Can't understand can't digest can't feel can't stop can't conclude.

How nice it is to live a life that everything stays... A life full of rewards for sacrificing... A life that you can believe its real and hopeful.

Accepting means surrendering without putting up a fight;
Fighting on means struggling to have something that doesn't belong to you;
Harm yourself means venting unhappiness;
Motionless means immunization to feelings;
Crying means sad;
Yet, smiling or laughing does not mean Happy.

拥有就是失去的开始。

乞丐人生原来早就在过了。

Soong Huat Bak Kut Teh / Ah Sheng Lok Lok at JB

Today is JB day. Wanted to go and eat Ah Soon Bak Kut Teh but saw online that it closes at 3pm... And it's almost impossible as I'm still home at 12pm. Lol. So went to try another famous BKT place called Soong Huat Bak Kut Teh near Aeon JUSCO which just nice we can go for movie after that!

Reached Custom at about 2+ and luckily there's no jam. :) Drove all the way up to Jalan Harmonium. It's a straight route from custom... And you just need to check your map a little upon seeing Aeon Jusco. So I guess it shouldn't be too big of a difficulty to get there. Anyway I'm not the one driving, so I just relax and admire the scenery. Haha.

Parking in progress
Cooking Area

Ordered the BKT for 1 person share ($8RM) and woah when it arrived at our table, it definitely doesn't look like a 1 person share. Smart. It was those more herbal type and not the usual teochew peppery type. The taste was a bit sweet and luckily the herbal taste wasn't over-strong. Just nice and plentiful of good stuffs inside considering the cheap price. Pork liver, Pork ribs, Button mushrooms... And you have the option to add extra ingredients if you like. But No-No for us because I still wanna have 'space' for my Lok Lok for dinner.

Bak Kut Teh for 1pax ($8RM)

We also ordered the Yellow Ginger Wine Chicken ($9RM for small) that was super raved by other food bloggers. And damn, it's really GOOD man! The wine taste is like shiokadoo with a sweet savory gravy. The chicken was tender and fresh and when you eat it with the wine and sweet gravy... it's just WOAH! Our eyes immediately looked at each other upon the moment we dig into this dish. Haha.

Yellow Ginger Wine Chicken ($9RM small)

Ordered a small plate of Stir-fry Chye Sim ($4RM) But that plate was nothing to rave about. Just very normal taste.

All in total just $23RM for 2 person.

Piping & Sizzling Hot!

This is why I love JB. Cheap and good food. Everywhere~ Singapore.... Tsk.... Limited.

Chillax at Starbucks with Nov Fav, Peppermint Mocha Frap while waiting for movie, Cold War at TGV. Starring Aaron Kwok & Andy Lau & 张家辉 . Not bad! 4/5 popcorns.

After that we drove to our fav lok lok 阿胜乐乐 at Permas Jaya!

阿胜乐乐
Started out from a... VAN... to THIS.

Check out how much is the color according to the yellow board

The level of spiciness is from Right to Left.

Busy Uncle rushing the never-ending orders.

Varieties

The Abalone Mushroom is a MUST-EAT! Grabbed Abalone Mushroom, Enoki Mushroom, Crispy Beancurd Skin, Premium Pork, Prawns, Long Bean Wrapped with Ham, Chicken Backside (mm...) ... .... and my Ice Jelly 爱玉冰 ~ One word of advice is that you might want to go easy on the greenish chilli if you can't take high level of spiciness. But for me, I love! Lol!

The Mushy-Roomies.

The Meats.

Yummy is the word!
Super full & satisfied!

Back to Singapore... Packing clothes for gym tomorrow. (Work Hard, Laine!)

Life... ....

And it's 2am... ALREADY.

Bored & Insomniac!

It's 3.11am... And I can't sleep yet! Can feel headache is coming... :(

Bored to death... watching my SCV hk drama repeat for the 2 time. Lol.

But at least today I have spent my off day so fulfilling! Finally back to gym regime after so long due to 2 weeks of Taiwan trip. Attended Bodybalance class for some Taichi & Pilates and decided to go for my run instead of continuing Yin Yoga.

Was happy that I still can run tonight. :)
Running is like an outlet for me to calm down a frustration. :)

Well... 2 more days... Sigh..

Time for lights out and try to cultivate my mood to sleep.

Gdnight.

Ippudo-Mandarin Gallery

Was craving for something hot and soupy due to the cold rain.

Thus, satisfied my craving at Ippudo since I'm in town.

The Significant Woody Signboard

Ippudo at Mandarin Gallery is by far my favourite place for ramen. Second to that is still from Ippudo family, Ippudo TAO which is located at UE Square. Ippudo is opened by Shigemi Kawahara, the Ramen King and he has a highly acclaimed ramen emporium in Japan.

Love authentic Japanese chefs cooking my food and not some PRC that are just anyhowwww~! It's a pity that they do not take reservations so you just gotta wait in the Q. FYI, it's always packed with people! Well, good things are worth the wait right? :)

It's Packed AGAIN!
The Pretty Red & White Bowls. Colors of the Jap Flag.

Ordered my favourite Karaka-Men ($17) which is the spicy pork bits ramen. I just love spicy food, can't help it! And the best thing is that you have a choice over the texture of your noodles. They have Hard/Medium/Soft. I always choose the Hard version because I hate soggy stuffs!

My Karaka-Men ($17)

Ordered an extra Pork Bun ($3) because everyone kept telling me that it's sooooo good and they didn't understand how can I missed that during my previous visits. Alright so I ordered it this time round and I really got won over by it. The thin slice of pork melted in my mouth accompanied by the Japanese mayo and soft bun. Our Chinese Kong-Bah-Bao has too much of the pork texture... This Ippudo Pork Bun is just nice.

Pork Bun ($3)

Yummy dinner to end my weekend working day~

Kko Kko Nara

Had a not-so-great day at work today. Had a stupid meeting with the bosses that made me so freaking sleepy because I already knew their 'speech' which was supposed to be unknown.

After work, my man bought me to Kko Kko Nara today. The real authentic korean cusine! Woohoo~ His 2nd visit and my 1st visit. Haha. Anyway it was raining like pigs again! But luckily we got a parking lot fast. But... my suede shoes got wet...damn the rainy days!

As usual, we were told that it's fully packed and we waited outside for like 20mins before we got ourselves a table. The interior is not very big. There is just probably 12 tables that can sit 6 people each. As usual, there is a TV above screening Korean variety shows. I realized Korean restaurants really into this Korean TV thingy... Just like Ssikek Korean Grill at Novena Ville.

Utensils

Well, we ordered the Combo Chicken Set ($25) which consists of Original/Soy Garlic/Sweet Sour. 3 each. I like the Soy Garlic flavour the most! Not too heavily flavored as compared to the Sweet and Sour and it still remains the crispness on the fried skin. Original was also well-flavoured with super crunchiness at every bite and thank god it wasn't very greasy! Do not quite like the Sweet and Sour... I find it too sweet (imagine I always eat very sweet stuffs...) and the skin wasn't as crispy as the rest due to the sauce on it.

Combo Chicken Set ($25)

We also ordered a small Kimchi Jungol with Pork ($25) and a plate of Traditional Rice ($3) on stainless steel container to share. The soup is good man! Or is is the weather out there that added extra oomph to it? Lol!

Kimchi Jungol ($25 for Small)
Traditional Rice with Egg & Hotdog ($3)

Try it if you are craving for authentic Korean food or Korean Fried Chicken!

CREATING INTENTION INTO REALITY

Nowadays, bloggers are actually very hardworking people. To be an ultra pro-blogger, you definitely have to have a good camera in your bag or at least a smartphone to be able to snapshot ANYTIME ANYWHERE. After that, you still gotta make sure it's swee swee edited before you can post. Good memory is a-must, or you can cheat by noting down on phone WHEN & WHERE. Seriously I will be the latter because taking too many medicine for my sleeping disorder killed a bit of my good memory. Lol.

I can't remember how I survived for years in the blogging scene during my poly days. Those were the days that I spent most of the time 'entertaining' myself on the LIFE section when I can't sleep. I didn't even edit much of those photos. I guess the most I crop them a little to filter out 'unnecessary objects/human'. It's more like twitter because TIME is (+) and STRESS is (-).

I always live by the attitude that if you are happy you just read, if you are not happy with what I blogged, there's always an exit [x] at the top right corner. I have understood that we can't control some people senseless judgements.

EQ EQ EQ is much needed to survive in this scene.
