Ippudo-Mandarin Gallery

Was craving for something hot and soupy due to the cold rain.

Thus, satisfied my craving at Ippudo since I'm in town.

The Significant Woody Signboard

Ippudo at Mandarin Gallery is by far my favourite place for ramen. Second to that is still from Ippudo family, Ippudo TAO which is located at UE Square. Ippudo is opened by Shigemi Kawahara, the Ramen King and he has a highly acclaimed ramen emporium in Japan.

Love authentic Japanese chefs cooking my food and not some PRC that are just anyhowwww~! It's a pity that they do not take reservations so you just gotta wait in the Q. FYI, it's always packed with people! Well, good things are worth the wait right? :)

It's Packed AGAIN!
The Pretty Red & White Bowls. Colors of the Jap Flag.

Ordered my favourite Karaka-Men ($17) which is the spicy pork bits ramen. I just love spicy food, can't help it! And the best thing is that you have a choice over the texture of your noodles. They have Hard/Medium/Soft. I always choose the Hard version because I hate soggy stuffs!

My Karaka-Men ($17)

Ordered an extra Pork Bun ($3) because everyone kept telling me that it's sooooo good and they didn't understand how can I missed that during my previous visits. Alright so I ordered it this time round and I really got won over by it. The thin slice of pork melted in my mouth accompanied by the Japanese mayo and soft bun. Our Chinese Kong-Bah-Bao has too much of the pork texture... This Ippudo Pork Bun is just nice.

Pork Bun ($3)

Yummy dinner to end my weekend working day~
